Job summary

Stryker Group in Minneapolis region is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of Stryker robotics and instrumentation. You will train customers, manage field inventory, collaborate with account executives to identify sales leads, and ensure service documentation is complete and timely.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 3+ years' field service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; weekend/evening

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform independent on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Provide phone and on-site customer support and verify operational quality of systems.
• Repair and maintain Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.
• Serve as liaison with customers to ensure satisfaction and renewals of service agreements.
• Identify potential sales leads with Account Executives and MPS team members.
• Manage field inventory, tools, and technical documentation.
