Qualifications

• High School Diploma with ~10 years heavy equipment experience.
• 3+ years of management or supervisor experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with all levels.
• Able to understand and manage financial statements to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of shop staff.
• Manage work-in-progress to meet department goals.
• Create a safe, positive work environment for employees.
• Monitor department financial performance and statements.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to set goals and standards.
• Perform mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain customer contacts for Service Department.
• Communicate requirements and options to customers, including quotations, labor, and parts pricing.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and align with pricing expectations.
• Schedule repairs for Construction Main Shop.
