Qualifications

• 3-5 years of on-site experience in residential construction or installations.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools used in field service.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by company policy.
• MA Contractors License is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, repair, or replace products in the field.
• Install products at customer sites and coordinate with service team.
• Communicate corrective actions clearly to customers when needed.
• Travel to customer locations and maintain professional conduct.
• Document service visits and update job reports as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance on all installations.
