Job summary

The Contractor Consultants are seeking a skilled Commercial Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial doors, frames, storefront systems, and hardware at client sites. You will diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and own service calls from start to finish.

AAADM certification is preferred; candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and field work across multiple sites. This full-time role offers competitive pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to read and follow work orders, templates, and cut sheets.
Professional communication with customers and teams.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and service commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
Troubleshoot alignment, latching, closing issues in field environments.
Work independently at client sites and report progress.
Document completed work and any additional service needs.
