Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician 2 to diagnose, repair, and install windows and doors in customer sites. You will lead two or more technicians on job sites, assess water intrusion issues, and support warranty concerns with precise documentation.

The role requires strong product knowledge, safety focus, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Travel within the territory is expected, with comprehensive benefits starting day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AAMA Installation Training certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 3–5 years general construction or fenestration experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience diagnosing and documenting field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced field diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
• Lead multi-technician jobs and coordinate field projects.
• Conduct water tests and document results.
• Provide technical support via phone and email.
• Deescalate warranty or service concerns.
• Ensure safety and quality in all activities.
