Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Resident Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct analytical testing to meet contract specifications.

The role requires working at customer sites in industrial outdoor settings with strict safety standards and the ability to follow maintenance plans independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's/Associate in STEM or tech certificate preferred.
• Experience in service/maintenance in an industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Create site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.) and calibrations.
• Support service activities including parts refurbishment and customer communications.
• Work schedules that fluctuate with customer needs.
