Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative in Texas locations such as Austin, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, or San Antonio. This is a travel role with a company vehicle and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR.

The role pays an annual salary range of $97,000 to $143,000, depending on skills and experience. You will support customers across the power system lifecycle, provide 24/7 on‑call field service, perform protective relay

Qualifications

High School Diploma or higher with 5+ years of field service experience in protective relay testing/commissioning or 9+ years with trade school
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of work location; DOT/driver record considerations
Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and emergency response
Provide 24/7 on-call field service and technical support for electrical distribution equipment
Perform protective relay testing and commissioning; troubleshoot and operate test equipment and software
Mentor less experienced technicians and develop strong customer relationships
