Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our automated drilling systems and related equipment on onshore and offshore rigs. You will interpret engineering drawings, provide training to customers, and promote adherence to HSSE standards.

The role requires hands-on field work, remote problem-solving, and collaboration with clients to optimize performance and reduce downtime.

Formación

• High School Diploma / GED and 2.5+ years in technical or field services.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE).
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Reports to Service Manager on day-to-day management and long-range stewardship.
• Travel to customer locations to test and repair equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting and perform equipment installation.
• Attend to customer needs and ensure equipment is functional.
• Coordinate with client to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handover documentation.
