Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Field Deployment Specialist to deploy and support digital drilling solutions at onshore customer rig sites across the United States. The role serves as the primary onsite resource during implementation, helping customers adopt new technologies and ensuring successful deployment.

Extensive travel is expected, with work at active drilling locations and collaborations with rig crews, field operations teams, and remote technical support to drive technology adoption and

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in drilling operations or related energy roles.
• Experience onsite at land-based drilling rigs preferred.
• Exposure to drilling automation and rig instrumentation.
• Experience training operators or supporting technology adoption.
• Familiarity with drilling equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation at customer rig sites.
• Install, configure, and validate field hardware per plans.
• Work with drillers to ensure adoption of deployed tech.
• Conduct training sessions and onsite coaching.
• Be the primary contact for customers during deployments.
• Coordinate with remote teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Verify hardware/software/connectivity before deployment.
• Document activities and provide status updates.
