Job summary

HMH is seeking a Field Service Technician to safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated drilling systems and related equipment on onshore/offshore rigs. You will interpret drawings, train customers and crews, and promote adherence to HSSE protocols while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with at least 2.5 years in a technical or field services role.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a service or maintenance capacity.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE).

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support as needed.
• Coordinate service activities with clients to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory levels and proper handover notes for maintenance teams.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE usage and PTW/JSA compliance.
