Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and procedures.
• Provide technical support for customer issues related to Overhaul & Repair and service agreements.
• Review inspection reports to define maintenance, installation and commissioning scopes.
• Develop, implement, and deploy technical solutions.
• Lead and support project-related technical efforts including root-cause analysis.
• Promote knowledge sharing and support to peers.
• Work on other department activities as per workload demand.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
