Job summary
Eaton Corporation's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team in the greater Columbus, OH area. This is a remote role with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR and background checks.
- Must travel daily to customer sites using company fleet vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Be a key member of a world‑class service organization.
- Support safety training and PPE usage on the job.
- Travel to customer sites and assist field service tasks.
- Participate in safety audits and compliance programs.
- Contribute to ongoing mentoring and hands-on learning.
