Job summary

A leading global manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler based in Sumter County, South Carolina. The role involves planning and scheduling preventive and planned maintenance activities to maximize asset availability in a production-critical facility. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance and strong skills in maintenance planning and resource allocation. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance as a technician or first-line supervisor.
• Experience with processing, packaging, utilities, or facility equipment.
• Strong maintenance planning & work control fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule PM, CM, outages, and other planned maintenance activities.
• Build integrated maintenance schedules aligned with production planning.
• Drive maintenance KPIs, planning efficiency, and continuous improvement.
