Job summary

Moalej Builders seeks an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman for Southern California projects. You will lead daily field operations in structural and flat concrete, supervise formwork crews, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in structural concrete, strong reading of drawings, OSHA knowledge, and a track record as a foreman or lead carpenter. Join a growing general contractor with diversified civil/public works projects.

Qualifications

Experience on commercial, industrial, public works, or infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous assistant superintendent or senior foreman experience.
Strong handson experience with formwork systems is REQUIRED.
Minimum 5+ years in structural concrete construction.
Prior experience as a foreman or lead carpenter strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite compliance (OSHA).
Ability to solve field issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for structural & flat concrete work.
Supervise crews performing formwork and concrete placement.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Plan daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material needs.
Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Interpret and execute structural drawings and construction plans.
