Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a seasoned leader to manage an operations team supporting BACN programs across CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will divide time between team leadership and program contributions within multiple field sites.

The role requires extensive military operations experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex field engineering programs while fostering inclusive teams and ensuring mission success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 10+ years of related experience or Bachelor’s with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in a military operations environment within the US DoD.
• Experience with operation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of military communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an Operations team supporting BACN program for CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Lead a team of ~15 Field Engineers, split between management and project work.
• Forecast staffing, mentor employees, conduct performance reviews, and manage program execution.
