Qualifications

• : Requires 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• : Demonstrated ability to manage submittals and documents.
• : Proficiency with Procore for project management and documentation.
• : Experience with scheduling tools like P6 or equivalent.
• : Strong financial acumen for billing, cash flow, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the master project schedule and staffing plans.
• Track and report on project milestones, goals, and performance metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Manage project financials: billing, cash flow, profitability, and close-out payments.
• Prepare monthly Job Status Reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Supervise Project Engineers and Superintendents; provide feedback and guidance.
• Promote safety and quality programs across the project team.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction to pursue new opportunities.
• Utilize construction management software to track progress and communications.
