Job summary

Cytek Biosciences is seeking an experienced Field Applications Specialist (FAS) to serve as a technical subject matter expert for advanced cell analysis and flow cytometry applications. You will partner with Sales to increase awareness and adoption of Cytek Solutions, provide scientific guidance, and deliver technical seminars tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

The candidate has a BA/BS in Life Sciences (Masters/PhD preferred) and strong hands-on flow cytometry experience.
5+ years industry experience or 8-10+ years in academia/clinical with flow cytometry expertise.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with scientists in flow-cytometry dependent fields in academia and industry.
Serve as subject matter expert for advanced flow cytometry applications for customers and internal teams.
Plan and deliver instrument demonstrations for Cytek instruments and support kit usage.
Develop multicolor panels and assays featuring Cytek reagents.
Deliver scientific presentations, workflow discussions, and educational content.
Mentor junior field applications specialists.
