Pro-Tel is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead high-visibility fiber optic deployment projects in hyperscaler data center environments. You will manage on-site splicing teams, oversee testing, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Site Leadership: lead on-site fiber splicing teams to complete deployments on time and to spec.
• Quality Control & Testing: oversee optical testing and ensure loss budgets meet standards.
• Risk Management: assess risks and provide mitigation recommendations, including safety considerations.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: act as main on-site liaison with clients, facility reps, trades and vendors.
• Scheduling & Administration: generate daily progress reports and manage crew schedules.
• Cross-functional Interface: collaborate with operations, engineering, installation and procurement to drive improvements.
