Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience resolving field problems in optical networks and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team of fiber splicers and technicians to complete projects on time and to spec.
• Oversee optical testing (OTDR, OLTS, VFL) and ensure loss budgets meet hyperscaler standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigations for safety and site rules in data centers.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison between our company, hyperscaler client, facility reps, other trades, and equipment vendors.
• Build daily progress reports, track splicing matrices, and manage crew schedules to align with project baselines.
• Interface with management across operations, engineering, installation, and procurement to implement changes.
