Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Feed Manufacturing, Nutritional Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a team, providing training or mentoring.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety instructions and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees mixing, milling, and employees to ensure compliance with safety and quality programs.
• Directs operations in ingredient receiving, grain drying, batching, pelleting, grinding and testing.
• Ensures sanitation schedules and safety protocols are followed.
• Communicates with maintenance, procurement and dispatch; supports capital projects and budgeting.
