W3Global seeks a Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial and federal construction projects in Groton, CT and Chicopee, MA. The candidate must bring 10+ years of supervisory experience and a track record delivering projects valued at $10M+.

The role demands expert coordination of subcontractors and field operations, strict safety compliance, and meticulous documentation to keep milestones on track. Federal renovations of approximately $15M are in scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction supervisory experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of general commercial construction and all major construction disciplines.
• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent / Senior Superintendent.
• Strong project coordination and scheduling skills.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to use construction/project management software.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to work in person at the project location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead field supervisor for commercial and federal construction projects.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and coordinate all field operations.
• Manage projects valued at $10M+, including complex renovations and general construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, and project personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to established milestones.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and compliance throughout project execution.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and scheduling challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and records.
• Communicate effectively with project management, owners, subcontractors, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple trades and activities to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure construction work is performed in accordance with contract requirements, plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on field progress, issues, and schedule.
• Support project closeout and ensure required documentation is completed.
