Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for federal and commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client and occupant communication, safety program oversight, and compliance with contract documents from our Eglin AFB site.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with government construction (USACE/NAVFAC), OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and RMS.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• OSHA 30hr certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget for project activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager daily and with the Owner as necessary.
• Oversee subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, and AHJ field coordination.
• Supervise field staff coordination with Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer.
• Attend pre-construction and weekly owner/subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and track progress.
