Michael Page US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for federal and secure facility projects in the DC Metro area. You will support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation, working with senior leaders to deliver projects from roughly $5M to $70M in value.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of PM experience, familiarity with government work and tools like Procore or Primavera P6, and be able to complete a background check.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction PM or assistant PM experience.
• Experience supporting government, federal, military, or SCIF projects preferred.
• Exposure to projects valued at $5M+ construction projects.
• Procore/Primavera P6 or similar CM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of federal, government, and SCIF projects.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement and document control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain reporting.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and docs.
• Assist in managing compliance requirements and security protocols.
• Work with Project Executives and Project Managers to deliver projects.
