Industria, Inc. in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction teams from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires delivering complex federal and public projects safely, on time, and within budget while ensuring contract compliance. You will supervise Project Managers, Superintendents, and engineers, develop schedules, manage budgets and procurement, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive construction project management experience, including federal or public-agency projects.
• Experience working with agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, GSA, or comparable owners.
• CQM-C certification and OSHA 30/EM 385 training within the past five years are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction activities across civil, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and other scopes.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and handover.
• Own budgets, cost tracking, procurement, schedules, and compliance with contracts and codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify slippage and coordinate recovery plans.
• Review bids for scope and risk; coordinate with estimators on subcontract scopes.
• Lead meetings, mentor staff, and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
