Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a facilities operations leader to helm a small team responsible for readiness, reliability, and survivability of critical infrastructure during emergencies. You will oversee building systems and ensure environmental compliance while maintaining certifications.

The role provides 24x7x365 support for the Light House Program, with 12-hour rotating shifts, callouts, and temporary disaster-recovery assignments. TS SCI clearance and HAZMAT certification are required.

Qualifications

• TS SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building/facility mechanics and electrical systems.
• Experience with building infrastructure equipment (generators, PDU, UPS, ATS, HVAC).
• Maintain certification and proficiency with HAZMAT PPE.
• Support a 7x24x365 readiness posture, including hazardous environments.
• AT&T mandated certifications are required.

• Maintain required qualifications and special certifications as mandated by AT&T
