Job summary

BOMA accredited courses desirable.

Responsibilities

Supervise and implement preventive maintenance and repair operations at the facility.
Schedule emergency repairs based on priority and staffing.
Provide technical guidance in electric theory, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and safety procedures.
Perform equipment inspections and ensure compliance with AES standards.
Lead the site safety program and develop policies to improve facility operations.
Develop and implement energy conservation programs to maximize efficiency.
