This role requires 5+ years in building engineering or facilities maintenance, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems.
• Experience leading work in commercial buildings.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, documentation, and vendor management skills.
