Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems and Climatec.
• Maintenance of boilers, chillers, and fire systems.
• Strong vendor and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Climatec HVAC system operations and maintenance.
• Ensure elevators are functioning; coordinate with service vendors (KONE).
• Inspect and maintain fire safety systems; schedule inspections.
• Manage annual To Do schedule; adjust tasks as needed.
• Perform routine building maintenance tasks (lighting, ice machines, etc.).
