Job summary

CBRE Turner & Townsend seeks a professional with familiarity in Facility Condition Assessment and Property Condition Assessment services, including capital budget development, forecasting and project management to lead FCA engagements for industrial, retail, institutional, healthcare, and high-rise facilities.

The role involves technical reviews for owners, lenders and investors, and the development of cost estimates and multi-year capital plans.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Facility Condition Assessment and Property Condition Assessment processes.
• Experience leading multi-person FCA teams and coordinating client interfaces.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCA engagements for diverse clients including government and corporate entities.
• Provide technical reviews of facilities to inform decisions on condition and capital needs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and communicate goals and deliverables.
• Conduct surveys and collect field data to assess mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage systems.
• Prepare FCA and PCA reports with cost estimates to remedy deficiencies and multi-year capital plans.
