Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FCA teams to deliver projects on time.
• Coordinate with client representatives onsite.
• Support pre-bid meetings and project kick-offs.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Conduct site surveys of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Document deficiencies with photography and reports.
• Provide cost estimates to remedy building deficiencies.
