Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school or apprenticeship.
• Five years of mechanical vocational training or equivalent on the job training.
• Five years of electrical vocational training or equivalent on the job training.
• Two years tradesman supervision/leadership or equivalent on the job training.
• Five years of vocational training/trade school with electrical, mechanical, building training and hospital construction/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling and work direction to specialty trades and maintenance mechanics for service calls, preventive maintenance, and other daily department activities.
• Lead technicians through work distribution, job scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate with peers, staff, contractors, tenants and customers on job or project issues and details.
