Job summary

EControls is a global provider of integrated controls for engines and electric drive systems. The role oversees central plant maintenance, HVAC, air compressors, pumps, motors, and electrical systems, mentoring junior technicians.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, use CMMS and Microsoft Office, read equipment manuals, and ensure safety standards while working in varied conditions in our Texas facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience required; applicable education desired.
• Proficient with computers; CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central plant equipment and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Read manuals to perform maintenance and interpret equipment specifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air compressors, pumps and motors.
• Utilize Building Control System to troubleshoot HVAC issues and monitor control loops.
• Assist with environmental permit applications and safety compliance.
