Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance, repair, and replacements in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or painting.
• Receives, prioritizes and schedules maintenance and work requests; determines required tools, equipment and supplies.
• Responds to customer requests and concerns; troubleshoots, diagnoses and identifies issues.
• Inspects equipment, tools, facilities to ensure functionality and safety; secures and opens facilities.
• Prepares, organizes and maintains records, logs, reports, and documents.
