Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5+ years in a defined craft.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform complex repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance and inspections in assigned area.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and instructions for accurate work.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire/life/safety, security, and other systems.
• Lead and collaborate with the facilities team on goals and projects.
