Job summary

MTU Maintenance Fort Worth is seeking a Project Manager for Facilities to lead planning and execution of construction and renovation projects supporting the new Alliance Fort Worth Engine Maintenance Facility.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, architects, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, with a focus on space planning, PMO support, and preventative maintenance program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field (or certification) is required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, manufacturing, or project management.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience managing complex construction/renovation projects.
• Background in manufacturing environment; strong budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare SOWs, RFQs, URSs, and bid documents for facility projects.
• Oversee construction/renovation work to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting; run regular progress meetings.
• Create presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Create and manage purchase orders; onboard vendor accounts and track spending.
