Job summary

MTU Maintenance Fort Worth is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician to support the aviation engine repair shop and campus. You will inspect and service building systems, manage access control, and coordinate with IT and security to keep operations running securely and safely.

Your duties include preventive maintenance, incident response, inventory control, and detailed record-keeping in compliance with OSHA and FAA standards.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance skills across building systems and aviation facilities.
• Experience with access control, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems.
• OSHA and FAA awareness for facilities operations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage access control systems and monitor security, including incident response.
• Maintain aviation engine repair shop cleanliness, calibration, and IT infrastructure support.
• Coordinate maintenance with IT, security, and engineering to minimize disruptions.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
