Job summary

MP Materials is seeking a Project Manager for its Capital Projects team located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves the execution and management of small-to-medium scale capital projects in a 250,000 square foot magnetics manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing external contractors, and ensuring high quality standards and safety.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management and have over 5 years of project leadership experience in industrial environments. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a project leadership role within industrial and high-tech manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with commissioning and start-up of equipment and facilities.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and experience with claims management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution and delivery of small-to-medium scale capital projects.
  • Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction progress to mitigate project risks.
  • Support the development of future capital projects on the magnetics team.
