Job summary

Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues, coordinating with management, and maintaining records with CMMS.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable maintenance skills and experience in a related field.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.
• Snow removal experience is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Fabricate and install components to maintain property standards.
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as required.

• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property upkeep.
