Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with related experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment and report major failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on systems.
• Operate and calibrate building automation systems.
• Read manuals, schematics and parts catalogs as needed.
• Supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and after-hours requests.
