Job summary

HES Facilities Management seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to service school facilities. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, inspect equipment, and perform routine maintenance across campus buildings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience with Maintimizer and School Dude. This role involves physical work, safety compliance, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC (Commercial and Residential) experience is required.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and replace filters.
• Use tools from hand to power tools and electrical testing devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment to diagnose issues.
• Inspect motors, belts, fluids, and replace worn parts.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
• Respond to radio and emergency calls and coordinate with maintenance staff.
