Walmart’s Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations is seeking a Supervisor II, Facilities Maintenance for the 2nd shift at the Frederick, MD facility. You will lead maintenance operations, develop associates, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced distribution environment that supports critical pharmacy operations.

You will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, interpret blueprints, coordinate vendors, and use data to identify root causes and optimize facility

Formación

• 2 years' Walmart maintenance technician experience or 1 year industrial maintenance with lead experience.
• 2 years' industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to support repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance, policies, SOPs and One Best Way.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for timely work.
• Use data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain custodial standards and equipment readiness.
• Drive maintenance processes through technology and excellence.
