Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Walmart maintenance technician role or 1 year in industrial maintenance with leading a team.
• 2 years of industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance experience (PM, MHE, power equipment, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance associates through coaching and feedback.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for repairs.
• Ensure safety regulations, policies, SOPs and One Best Way are followed.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve facility performance.
• Use data and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain custodial standards, compliance, and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for timely, quality work.
• Improve maintenance processes through technology and operational excellence.
• Promote safety, accountability, and associate development.
