• Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Experience managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and contractor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local codes.
• Capability to train and mentor less-experienced associates and lead work teams.
• Competence in managing parts inventory, ordering, and budget reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document issues using blueprints, manuals, and tools, recommending repairs or replacements as needed.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced associates, providing hands-on training and overseeing work quality and safety compliance.
• Manage work orders, parts inventory, and contractor relationships while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles safely, conducting pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes, maintain budgets, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
