Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 10+ years in facilities design/ops.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years in facilities design/ops.
• Experience with mechanical exhaust systems and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Plans, implements, and maintains facility infrastructure and equipment specifications.
• Analyzes operations, energy use, safety processes; recommends improvements.
• Gathers data and budgets for project cost estimates.
• Designs facility expansion, layout, capacity management and quality controls.
• Evaluates systems to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
• Coordinates maintenance schedules and oversees contractors.
• Ensures compliance with codes and health and safety standards.
• Participates in audits and inspections to uphold standards.
