Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Associate's degree with hands-on experience in electrical systems.
• Journeyman Electrician license in Oregon or reciprocal license.
• Intermediate knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems and safety codes.
• Ability to read wiring blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems for faults, hazards, and safety compliance.
• Operate and maintain medium voltage systems and backup power components.
• Document issues and provide reliability improvements and commissioning input.
