Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Engineer to lead a team in delivering technical and operational support within the Engineering and Technical Services function. You will oversee staffing, coaching, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex information while guiding department initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, development, coaching, and performance retention preferred.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and handle problems.
• Leadership to motivate teams and impact quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and mentor.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage department profits and losses.
• Develop goals and direct policy implementation.
• Evaluate processes to solve issues within them.
• Ensure operations follow established procedures.
• Keep regulatory records and paperwork up to date.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE values (RISE).
• Apply discipline knowledge to team and department objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
