Job summary

Lvi-Associates in New York, NY seeks an experienced Building Envelope Project Manager to lead façade engineering initiatives for high‑rise and complex structures. You will oversee façade inspection programs, restoration projects, and enclosure consulting, guiding technical teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.

You bring 8+ years in building envelope or restoration work, a degree in Architecture or Engineering, and a PE/Architect license preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of building envelope, facade, or restoration experience.
• Proven experience with industrial rope access preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of façade inspection and safety-related services.
• Lead and manage a team of industrial rope access inspectors and façade inspection projects.
• Perform periodic rope-access inspections as part of ongoing responsibilities.
• Forensic investigation and condition assessments.
• Repair design development and detailing.
• Preparation of bid documentation and construction phase support.
