Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily machine shop and fabrication operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring work meets engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, coordinate machining activities, and drive productivity while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising CNC machining and metal fabrication.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Background in maintenance planning and production reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machine shop and fabrication personnel.
• Assign daily work based on skills and priorities.
• Monitor schedules and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Oversee setup and safe use of machine shop equipment.
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and QA standards.
• Interpret drawings and tolerances to guide production.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and record-keeping protocols.
