Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabrication & Assembly Supervisor in New York to lead teams across fabrication, fitting, welding and assembly on a heavy steel production floor.

This hands-on role drives daily targets, safety, quality and output, providing leadership to shop-floor staff and coordinating with planning and quality teams to resolve issues and keep production on track.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in structural steel or heavy fabrication.
• Hands-on knowledge of fabrication, fitting, welding and assembly processes.
• Experience leading shop-floor production teams and coordinating daily workloads.
• Strong focus on safety and quality in a fabrication shop.
• Ability to manage performance, attendance and day-to-day priorities.
• Strong communication with planning and quality teams.
• Ownership of shift performance and resolving production issues.
