Pratt & Whitney in Jupiter, FL, onsite, is seeking a Process Engineer Lead to manage the WPB F135 PME team responsible for engine/module disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing instructions. The role emphasizes leadership, technical oversight, and collaboration with operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with U.S. citizenship. Onsite work, first shift, and potential overtime are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an Advanced degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of managerial, supervisory or leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Willingness to work 1st shift, overtime when needed, and respond to off-hours process questions as required by business needs.

Mansioni

• Lead the WPB F135 PME team in developing, maintaining, and improving work instructions for engine and module disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing.
• Oversee data interpretation, timely workscope definitions, and approval of complex work control documents and dispositions.
• Drive standard work, configuration verification, root cause and corrective actions investigations, and continuous process improvements.
• Arrange effective shop support by ensuring timely technical assistance to operations.
• Manage performance reviews, overtime, timecards, and represent the team in high-level business discussions while sustaining onboarding and team cohesion.
• Drive solutions for significant production challenges to ensure quality and delivery objectives are met.
